Which Package Should I Choose?

Sound Choices depend on several different variables, when you call us we will ask you a series of questions to determine how much sound you need.  Below are some of the factors that can determine the package for your Prom.

How Many guests are you are expecting? WE DO NOT CHARGE PER PERSON BUT.. (It is Usually $2-5 per guest, if divided -depending on attendance)

This is important (not because we charge per person) but because guests absorb sound and make ambient noise, so the larger the crowd the more speakers you will need to over power the crowd noise.

How many hours do you need Entertainment for?

Most Proms are 4-5 hours (All Our Packages include up to 5 hours) Any additional play hours will be added.

Do You need additional sound systems?

Some events require us to setup remote sound systems for cocktail hour.. this will incur a minimal setup fee.

Where is the Location of your event? (Most events have travel time Included in the Price)

This is a factor only if it is more than 30 minutes away.  Why? because we are a mobile company ..and have to travel to your event, if it is in California it is not the same as in NJ or NY.

Time our Crew can get in the room. 

This is only a factor if the hall will not let us get setup with the time needed (30 min - 2 hrs) We would then have to hire roadies to get setup on time. (This rarely happens)

Do you want Lights and Giveaways?

Basic Lights are included FREE! The Upgraded light show and giveaway packages are usually an additional fee, again we try to keep the costs down as much as possible. Call to inquire.

Overall Time Invested into ONE Prom 15 - 20 hours!
